What's PayPal and why should I care about it?

PayPal is an online payment service, one of the largest and most popular on the Net. In our opinion it's easy to use, both for buyers and sellers, and it's secure and fast. We use PayPal to process credit card transactions online. (You can also use it to pay for things you buy on e-Bay.)

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy something here?

No. If you don't already have an account, you'll be asked for payment information when you check out. It's just the usual info you enter for any online credit card purchase; card type and number, expiration date, etc.

What if I don't have or don't want to use a credit card?

That's fine. Send an e-mail to audri@audri.com indicating what you want to buy, and we'll give you an address where you can send a check. Please note that if the item you want is a one-of-a-kind thing, like an oil painting or animation cell original, it is possible that someone else may buy it online before we get your e-mail.

Do I have to pay sales tax on things I buy here?

Only if you live in California. The State has employees who make us collect it.

If I place an order, when will my stuff be shipped?

We will ship your stuff within three days of receiving your order whenever possible. Please note that a digital print could take a week to get out, and a large painting we have to build a crate for could take several weeks. If it's going to take longer than that for some reason, we'll let you know and give you the option of cancelling your order.
